DESCRIPTION:North Idaho College financial aid technicians will assist students in filling out their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) during an information session in NIC's McLain Hall at NIC. Free and open to all individuals\, regardless of what college or university they are planning to attend. The event will also include door prizes and snacks as well as detailed information on changes in federal financial aid for fall 2012. Changes include a change in lifetime eligibility for Pell Grants and new requirements for students to have either a GED or high school diploma to qualify for financial aid in most circumstances. Students and/or parents should bring their Social Security number\, driver's license\, 2011 W2 forms\, 2011 Federal Tax Return (if filed) and other records of money the student or their parents earned in 2011 (including the student's and parents' untaxed income records\, current bank statements and investment records).\n______________________________\nThis Event Downloaded From a Helios Calendar Powered Site
