SUMMARY:Race For A Cause
DESCRIPTION:"Race For A Cause" is a ski race and auction hosted by Lookout Pass that will benefit 10 charities throughout Montana\, Idaho\, and Washington.  These charities currently include:  Brain Injury Alliance MT\, American Heart & Stroke Association (WA)\, and the Lookout Pass Race Team.  Registration is at 8:00 AM and the races will begin at 10:00 AM.  This is a dual-course\, open slalom with 24 gates (240 meters).  Skiers and snowboarders are welcome\, and if you don't feel like racing\, you can still ski just for fun!  There will be a silent auction\, live entertainment\, lunch\, an awards banquet\, and other family-friendly activities.  The entry fee for an individual racer is $50 and the fee for a team of 3 is $135.  There are special rates for college students with valid student ID:  individual $40 and college team of 3 $120.  Students who do not wish to race\, but still want to ski can purchase a lift ticket for the discounted price of $28.  The Wallace Inn has set aside rooms for only $74 per person\, just mention "Race For A Cause" when you call (208-784-1371) to book your room!  Visit https://sites.google.com/site/racelookoutcom/ for more information and a downloadable registration form.\n______________________________\nThis Event Downloaded From a Helios Calendar Powered Site
