The 34th Annual Spring Dash is a five-mile run to kick off the North Idaho running season... walkers and wheelchairs are welcome! This year's Spring Dash will be held on April 17th, 2016 and is a qualifier for Bloomsday's second seeding. There's also a Tot-Trot for the little ones.
