Bike One or Two days

The Inland Chapter of the National MS Society is having its 7^th annual Bike MS Ride, on September 8^th & 9^th 2012 our chapter will challenge cyclists to 150 mile ride in order to raise money to end the devastating effects of multiple sclerosis.  The Inland Northwest has one of the highest incidence rates of multiple sclerosis in the world, so this two day, 150 mile challenge will reward and challenge you like no other cycling event.  Bike MS invites you on and unforgettable journey through the scenic routes and spectacular fall foliage of the Northwest.  This tour on the "Trails of the Coeur d' Alenes" is fully equipped with rest stops every 12-15 miles, bike mechanics, medical support, catered meals, and a Saturday Night Celebration.

The Bike MS is presented by the Coeur D' Alene Casino Resort-hotel; celebrate conquering the course by trying your luck in the casino or regenerating in the pool on Saturday night.  Bike MS cyclists are given a discounted rate at the casino for the night.  There is a $50 registration fee and a minimum of $200 in pledges per cyclist which earns you a collectible Bike MS Long Sleeved T-shirt and a terrific prize for going beyond the minimum.  You can ride as an individual or as part of a team.  You can bike one day or both days now.  Greatness comes from putting aside the reasons why you can't to find reasons why you can.  For more information contact the Inland Northwest Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society at (509) 482-2022 or 1-800-344-4867.  You can also register on line at www.bikeMSnorthwest.org.

Meet the challenge!  Cycle 150 miles in two days or (one day option available).  Bike MS is scheduled for September 8^th & 9^th on the "Trails of the Coeur d' Alenes.  Day one Mullan to Plummer, day two Plummer to Mullen.  Enjoy the spectacular fall foliage as you travel the historical Union Pacific rail beds along lakes, over 3100' long railroad bridge and through the ancestral lands of the Coeur d/ Alene Nation.  This tour is fully equipped with three meals each day, rest stops every 12-15 miles, bike mechanics, medical support and Saturday Night Celebration.  The $50 registration fee and $200 in pledges earns you a Bike MS Long Sleeved T-shirt and terrific prizes.  Minimum age to ride is 12 years old and their parent or guardian must accompany them along the ride.
