With the coming of winter, it's the perfect time to fine-tune your soup making skills! Join Bardenay Restaurant & Distillery Chef, Nick Mikkelson, as he goes over the basics of building the perfect soup. This class is great for anyone new or skilled with soups. He will also be making Bardenay's signature soup - Mulligatawny, a delicious yellow curry, granny-smith apple and chicken soup.
